3D animation of Tyrannosaurus Rex walking, rendered in blue. T-Rex has mouth open, left-facing, right foot lifted. Created with LS-DYNA for movie simulation. |
This image shows a 3D animation of a Tyrannosaurus Rex walking, rendered in blue. The T-Rex has its mouth open and is facing to the left. It appears to be moving forward. Its right foot is lifted off the ground, while its left leg remains on the ground. The background behind the dinosaur appears as various shades of green that fade into black at the bottom. On top-left corner of the image is a text stating "Mode 40 Freq = 112:26" in white and yellow font. The simulation was created using LS-DYNA, a software for nonlinear dynamic finite element analysis of structures, contacts, fluids, pedestrians, rods, fibers, and thermomechanics. The file name "dinosaur/movie_046.mp4" suggests that this is part of a larger animation or series of simulations related to dinosaurs in a movie setting. |
