White bearded iris flower in TAMU Holistic Garden in Texas A&M University. College Station, Texas
Album 707: Horticulture Gardens in College Station, Texas, February 1 - 7, 2009
This image captures a striking white Iris flower with long, curved petals that resemble a beard, nestled among green leaves.
The flower's six petals are a bright snow-white color with subtle yellow highlights at their base. A delicate yellow line runs down each petal from its top to the point where it meets the stem. The three inner petals are smaller and more rounded than the outer three, which are larger and curved. A black spot is visible near the base of one of the outer petals.
The leaves surrounding the flower are a vibrant green color with long stems that extend far beyond the frame. They appear to be a combination of large and small leaves, all pointing upwards towards the flower. The background is dark gray, featuring some light gray spots scattered throughout. It appears to be an indoor setting, possibly a greenhouse or conservatory.
Overall, this image showcases a beautiful white Iris flower in full bloom, surrounded by lush greenery against a dramatic dark-gray backdrop.

– Spanish translation
