Yellow daffodils (narcissus) in TAMU Horticultural Gardens in Texas A&M University. College Station, Texas
Album 713: Independence - College Station, Texas, February 15 - 20, 2009
The image presents a close-up view of three yellow daffodil flowers situated against a dark background.
In the foreground, two daffodils are prominently displayed, each featuring six light green petals that curve inward toward its center. The center of each flower is characterized by an orange trumpet-shaped corona with frilled edges and small white dots, likely representing pollen grains. The stems of both flowers are visible in the bottom-left corner of the image.
The third daffodil is partially obscured by one of the other two flowers but can still be discerned in the bottom-right corner. Its petals appear slightly paler than those of the other two flowers.
The background of the image is dark and appears to be a mixture of soil or mulch, providing a striking contrast to the vibrant colors of the daffodils.
Overall, the image showcases the beauty and detail of these iconic spring-blooming flowers. – AI vision
