Album 727: College Station, Texas, March 28 - 31, 2009
The image depicts a statue of Bevo, the mascot of the University of Texas at Austin, situated outside an Aggieland Outfitters store near Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas. The statue is positioned on a concrete platform adjacent to a sidewalk and features a sawed-off horn.
Bevo, a longhorn cow symbolizing the University of Texas, is depicted with its head turned towards the left side of the image. Its eyes are cast downward, and its mouth is slightly open. The statue's body is not visible in the image.
The platform on which Bevo stands has a red metal railing surrounding it. A sign attached to the fence reads "Bevo" in bold black letters. To the right of this sign, another sign bears an illegible message written in smaller text and possibly includes other words or symbols that are too small to read.
In the background, several buildings can be seen across a parking lot, with some trees visible on the far side. The sky above is dark blue, suggesting the photo was taken at night. – AI vision
