Silhouette of a dead tree on a golf course on campus of Texas A&M University. College Station, Texas
Album 2869: College Station, Texas, February 18, 2021
The image shows two photographs of the same golf course on the campus of Texas A&M University during an ice storm.
In the upper photograph, a barren tree is silhouetted against a gray sky that has been painted white by falling snow or sleet. The grass is mostly green with patches of brown and white, but it looks like it is mostly covered in snow. In the background, there are more trees, some of which have branches heavy with ice.
In the lower photograph, taken from further back on the course, you can see a few more dead trees scattered across the fairway. The grass in this photo seems to be greener than in the top one and is only lightly dusted with snow or sleet. In the background, there are several buildings that look like they might be sheds or storage facilities.

– Spanish translation
