The image shows three different types of mushrooms growing on top of wood chips or mulch. The largest mushroom is a dyeball fungus (Pisolithus arhizus, Pisolithus tinctorius), which has been broken and pushed aside by two large puffball mushrooms (Scleroderma texense). These mushrooms are light brown with white splotches on the surface.
A small amount of green mold is visible in the center of some of the mushrooms. The wood chips or mulch that they have grown out of consists mostly of brown and gray pieces of bark, as well as smaller sticks.
